What our full-time farmers are bringing this week:
18th Century Purity Farms – Lettuce, radishes, asparagus, rhubarb, spinach, fingerlings, Bluegold potatoes and Roxbury Russet apples from our cold storage. Friends of the Market receive $1 off purchase.
Colgan Farm – Baby lettuce salad mix, fresh spring carrots, bok choy, and maple syrup.
DeLuca Farm – Off this week. See you on 6/11!
Easy Pickin’s Orchard – Bok choy, tatsoi, spring mix, spring onions, shallots, swiss chard, swiss chard salad mix, celeriac, hakurei turnips, radishes, baby kale, strawberries, and frozen raspberries.
Shenstone Gardens – Our first tomatoes of the season from our greenhouse will premiere this week at the market. We will have large slicing tomatoes along with new golden grape tomatoes. We believe they are the best tomatoes of the season! Friends of the Market will receive $1 off their total order.
River Ridge Farm – Carrots, scallions, pac choi, Dino kale, Curly kale, radish, strawberries, head lettuce, mini romaine, lettuce mix, mesclun, spinach, chard, fresh coriander, oregano, sage, thyme, bunched flowers, and maybe some green garlic… and as many plants and flowers as possible!
Proctor Hall Farm – Pork chops, pork shoulder, pork ribs, hot and sweet Italian sausage, chorizo, bratwurst, breakfast sausage, ground pork, bacon, ham steak, hotdogs, whole and half chickens, chicken thighs, drumsticks, boneless breasts, and eggs.

Chet’s Italian Ice *- Offerings this week include: classic lemon, native strawberry, dark chocolate, Caribbean mango, Thai delight, and blueberry-lavender. Turn any Italian ice into an Italian soda drink by adding sparkling water. We also have take-home pints available. Friends of the Market receive $1.00 off their order.
Connecticut Alliance of Foster & Adoptive Families
Fenner Forest Farm – Mushrooms available this week include fresh lion’s mane, blue oyster, and wine cap mushrooms. Dried lion’s mane powder, oyster thyme salt, smoked oyster salt, and wine cap mushroom starter spawn. Our Friends of the Market special is dried mushrooms in quart mason jars.

Staehly Farm Winery – We’re bringing our semi-sweet apple wine and blueberry hard cider for tasting this week at the market. We’ll also have all of our wines and ciders available for purchase by the bottle. Friends of the Market will receive 15% off.
